An online store and subscription flow for a small-batch roaster in the Adelaide Hills, built to turn one-off buyers into monthly subscribers.

(Research)

6 buyer interviews and a full purchase journey map.

(Experiment)

Product grid versus a three-question coffee finder.

The finder asks how you brew, how you like it and how often you drink it, then recommends one bag and offers the same pick as a subscription with one tap. Five of six testers preferred it to browsing.
